The goddess Delia is largely unknown in Outland. While the ruling class is definitely aware of her existence, they do nothing to bring this knowledge to the people. Her worship, while not technically illegal, is definitely frowned upon.

Despite this, there are a few small groups who dare to worship the Goddess of Discord. The largest is located in Stronghold, and goes to great lengths to keep itself - and its activities - secret.
