Thus far, there are very few spell alterations in Outland. Really, only spells which would allow transportation out of Outland are altered at all. Such spells (teleport, teleport without error, plane shift) do not function normally. Instead, such spells deposit the caster at a random point in the Boundary, within 1d10+5 miles of the Shimmering Mists. It should be noted, however, that the PCs will never be taught such spells by anyone in Outland - their masters don't want the anyone leaving without their knowledge.
